Sometimes people have trouble getting connected with certain browsers and/or internet service providers.
To get around firewall trouble you can try the HTML Chat it works on the same connections as regular webpages. So if you can see webpages, this should work for you as well.
Other people have often asked, "can I make the java chat window bigger".
The answer is simple .. yes you can, by choosing the Bigger Text window.
Find the below menu on the Homepage for the chat and make your choice.
