Some examples here:

ie: in /NickServ IDENTIFY password>
you'd replace password> for abc12345 (provided that abc12345 is your password)

/ChanServ SET channel ENTRYMSG [message]
channel is mandatory here (ie: #Lounge) and message is optional


/ChanServ SET channel KEEPTOPIC {ON | OFF}
This is an example of "choice". you'll need to make a choice between "off" or "on", like this:
/ChanServ SET #Lounge KEEPTOPIC ON
